The works are a sort of "puzzle", a result of exquisite approaches of various wooden essences (veneering) of thickness less than 1 millimeter, glued on a multilayer support and using traditional glues.
A particularity of the works, consists in the meticulous choice of all the woods, that have to present aesthetical characteristics difficult to find sometimes in the physiognomy of a wooden shorn: the final result of the work presents itself so perfectly harmonized in every single element, without omitting the purity of the same image.       All the parts of the subject, even the smallest, are inlaid, and accurately realized in all their details, to such a point that it is difficult to distinguish them.    The tones of the wedges, are obtained by means of an exclusive, unique and exacting procedure with the purpose to get an otherwise non realizable depth and mutability of tone.
